About Hamro LifeBank

Hamro LifeBank (HLB) is a social initiative for a smart, transparent and holistic blood management service from collection to supply. It is a Social Initiative of the Rumsan Group of Companies. HLB was started as an answer to the growing pains of a patient’s family to arrange blood in times of need. As we delved deeper into the current blood shortage challenge, the concept birthed into a much needed data-informed approach, wherein the lifecycle of a blood bag can be managed efficiently and transparently with higher process control.

Full Time Role


We are looking for an enthusiastic and energetic professional to join our team. As a Change Management Officer, you will be responsible for the successful digital transformation of NRCS Regional Blood Bank Bharatpur. You will also get involved in other initiatives and programs of Hamro LifeBank.

Location: Bharatpur. Chitwan

Job description


  • Engage with NRCS Regional Blood Bank Bharatpur and other local stakeholders.

  • Work as a team member of NRCS Regional Blood Bank Bharatpur and engage with HLB team members as well.

  • Be the expert of multiple digital systems developed by Hamro LifeBank.

  • Assist in digitizing blood banking data and management of privacy and security of data collected.

  • Train and facilitate blood bank staff to use digital systems to manage blood inventory and donor databases.Quality Assurance of blood data digitized in the blood bank.

  • Support HLB team with the Ragat Chahiyo Hotline.

  • Work closely with the HLB team and NRCS Bharatpur Blood Bank team to create a conducive work environment at both ends. Gather feedback at both ends and help integrate them to work plan.

Required qualifications


  • Bachelors running or completed. Priority will be given to applicants from health or social work background.

  • Keen interest and basic knowledge in healthcare (specifically blood management in Nepal).

  • Ability to learn new skills and information quickly, and to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

  • Ability to learn existing applications and train others
